Arrival and Transportation
You will be picked up from Dublin Airport upon arrival. Please note that we do not provide return transportation to Dublin Airport from workshop locations; however, this can be arranged easily via private or public transport.

Cost
The total price is $2800. Workshops must be paid in full and in advance by the specified due dates. You can either pay the full amount now or make an initial fully refundable deposit of $500 upon registration. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration.

For non-painting students, the fee is $2700, with the same rate applying for groups of four or more. Please be aware that after specific deadlines, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, since we book and pay for your transportation and other arrangements months in advance, cancellations made after certain dates are not be eligible for any refunds.

Workshop Location
Our base will be Newcastle Town in County Down, Ireland

Insurance and Liability
Please ensure you have travel medical insurance. You are not insured by this offering or by the organizers, and we are not liable for any injuries or unforeseen health issues.

Cancellation Policy and Payment Conditions

  • Important Details: We need your names as they appear on your passport.

  • Final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable after the 90 day period.

  • Cancellation fees if you have paid the full amount:

    • 120 or more days prior to departure: $2,500

    • 60 to 46 days prior to departure: $500

    • 44 to 1 day prior to departure: No refund

If full payment is not received by the set dates, no refunds will be issued for deposits.

Transferability and Travel Insurance
Deposits and payments are transferable to another attendee. We understand that cancellations may occur due to unexpected events, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential medical issues or trip cancellations.

We are not responsible for damages, expenses, or inconveniences caused by delays, schedule changes, or loss of personal belongings. All prices are correct at the time of printing and subject to change. Participants assume all risks associated with the workshop, foreign travel, and related activities. Disputes will be governed by U.S. law, and participants must mediate any disputes before litigation. Participants are advised to consult a healthcare provider if unsure of their physical abilities.
